		<description>thanks for the tip, but when I click the icon, I get first a security warning about the file not being verified (unknown editor) .
I need to confirm I want to open this file, and unticking the check box &quot;always ask&quot; has no effect
the tsdiscon.exe is from MS , no ?</description>

In order to make a shortcut for users running Vista Basic and Home Premium you need to add a file called tsdiscon.exe, to the  C:\Windows\System32 folder and that file is hosted on Drop.io for people that don&#039;t have it.
