Here’s a neat little Free program from Andreas Verhoeven that changes the look of your balloon tip from the plain style to this Glass like one. There are 3 different style to choose from. Check it out.
GlassToasts is a simple tweak tool that was designed to replace the ugly WindowsXP style balloon notifications with the old-school LongHorn 4xxx style glassy toasts. Get it here. Plus he has many other usefully programs
