Changing The Control Panels Look

Here’s a way to change the look and feel of your control Panel applet.

Open the Control Panel. Start > Control Panel > Click > Classic View

 

Look at the column headings at the top. Single-click Category to sort,

Click the triangle beside Category; and choose Group.

Now you have one screen with every icon grouped into the same categories that the default screen displays. I collapsed some of those Group headings so you can see how they look, just click the small arrows to collapse or expand the category.

It looks like some the the direct links are missing, but I like this new style better than the default.
